Sima Malak + Alssamoure Design Associates is a well established design consultancy based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company has a long track record for producing creative and innovative solutions for new projects and the refurbishment of existing buildings.

The practice provides a full range of interior and architectural design services from feasibility studies, space planning and conceptual design through to fully detailed final design packages. Project coordination, procurement and site supervision can also be provided for projects by our team of qualified staff.

The company also has well established relationships with a wide range of suppliers, contractors and specialist consultants that we can collaborate with to fulfill even the most demanding briefs.

We have carried out an extensive range of projects in both the residential and commercial sectors.

Our residential work ranges from large scale high end residences and compounds through to smaller individual villas and apartments.

Commercial projects undertaken include large office developments, corporate headquarters and marketing centres, as well as high end retail outlets, restaurants and health spas.

Although the majority of our work is within Saudi Arabia, we have also undertaken projects in many other countries including the United States, France, Singapore, Hong Kong, Egypt, Lebanon and Bahrain. Where local project coordination and site supervision is required, we either collaborate with a suitably qualified consultant or establish a satellite office with our own staff depending on the needs and duration of the project.
